TT 28: Breaking Ranks

On Today’s episode of the podcast Isaac and I discuss the concept of breaking ranks through the lens of Lt. Col Stuart Scheller. Lt. Col Scheller is well known for his video that went viral the same day as the death of 13 service members in a suicide attack in Hamid Karzai airport in Afghanistan. Lt. Col Scheller called for accountability of leadership and slowly went down a path that landed him in the Brig. Isaac and I discuss this concept and need to break ranks when the organization has failed to do what is expected and when to stay in line and change the organization from the outside or within. Tune in to hear our take on Lt.Col Scheller’s controversial action.
