It may not be the most appealing of topics but it is an extremely important one. What do you do to be a good follower so that you can increase the effectiveness of your team or your organization? These are important concepts to consider in a time when many of us fall into the narcissistic belief that just because we can be in charge, we should always be in charge. It’s ok to take a backseat and still be extremely effective.
