EP 41: Magic Boxes

How many things do you rely on to live your life from day to day? How many complex systems dictate what you can and can’t do? If one of them failed, how would you react? In today’s episode, we tackle the Magic Boxes that we rely on, and the importance of taking the time to dispel what makes them magic. From our computer to our microwave, to our government — is it important for us to know how these complex systems work? Is it important to know how to fix them? John and I say the answer to that is an emphatic “Yes.” We cover the benefits that come with eliminating magic boxes, and why you should take the time to gain a mechanical understanding of the world around you without outsourcing your knowledge to a search engine.

As always, if you like this episode, consider sharing, writing a review, or leaving us a positive rating. Let’s leave a legacy.
